Body fat percentage.What is it?

Who is in the sport’s word, knows it is an important thing. If you want to be good-looking, you must keep your body fat percentage low. This percentage show you how much fat is in your body. If this percentage lower you’ll be bonier.

There is a list of percentages:

  • Prime necessity:
    •  Female: 10-13%
    • Male: 2-5%
  • Athletic build:
    • Female: 14-20%
    • Male: 6-13%
  • Fit:
    • Female: 21-24%
    • Male: 14-17%
  • Acceptable:
    • Female: 25-31%
    • Male:18-24%
  • Overweight:
    • Female: >32%
    • Male: >25%

If your body fat percentage is too high, you can take it lower with your calorie input.

Less calorie, less fat. That is very simple!
